Life happens sometimes, and that's okay! If you are running behind to an appointment, we kindly ask that you call us and let us know! Upon booking, you are agreeing to our current store policies, including our 8 minute grace late policy. If you are later than 8 minutes to your appointment time, we will try our best to accommodate you. In the event of a NO-CALL-NO-SHOW, meaning no communication is made about not attending your appointment 100% of the service(s) will be charged. If the payment is unsuccessful, an invoice would be sent to the email on file. All future appointments will be denied, and no future appointments can be made until invoice is paid.
